the tv didn't work during my stay , but the staff was super friendly and responsive. rooms were clean, breakfast had yummy options, and the indoor pool was relaxing. overall, not a bad experience!

The ice machine did not work - had to go to Comfort Inn to get ice. The swimming pool was too cold and not enough water in the spa.

This place is nice, and provides great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and wheelchair access. The staff helped me with currency exchange recommendations on my first stay, which I appreciated. I'm coming back for another trip!

A surprise in the lobby decor

The lobby's grand chandelier caught my eye upon arrival.

Loud noises from the neighboring rooms kept me up at night. Despite the cozy atmosphere, it felt far from peaceful, impacting my overall enjoyment.

the hotel is clean, newly decorated and has great location near the mountains. everyone who works in the property is pleasant and outstandingly accommodating. extremely spacious and huge room with a spa tub and bunk beds, for instance, and there's free parking onsite, if you travel by car. the rooms include safe for safety measures.

Front desk was courteous but only one person attending the desk when we checked in and needed another as many were checking in. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and every thing looked neat in the lobby/

The hotel did not have our reservations even though we had a copy of it that I printed off when I made it onling. The bed was about as flat and hard as a wooden table top!!!!

The TV didn't work, the air conditioning unit had strange residue, and the carpet was wet. The lobby smelled heavily of marijuana, and key cards malfunctioned frequently!!! Better maintenance and cleanliness are a must!!!

The heater is too loud whenever time is on.
